This privacy policy describes how Léo Peyronnet (hereafter "Stonecast") collects, uses and protects the personal data of visitors to stonecast.app, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).

Contact form
When you fill in the contact form on the site, the following data is collected:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content
Purpose: to process your request and provide a response. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) — responding to incoming enquiries. Retention period: 3 years from the last interaction.
Server logs
The hosting provider Netlify automatically collects certain technical data for security and service operation purposes, including visitors' IP addresses.
Purpose: security, abuse detection, service maintenance. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Retention period: in accordance with Netlify's policy — available at netlify.com/privacy.
Cookies
stonecast.app does not currently use any third-party cookies or audience measurement tools. Only strictly necessary cookies for the technical operation of the site may be set. For more information, see our cookie policy.
Data recipients
Data collected via the contact form is accessible only to Léo Peyronnet. It is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties.
Log data is processed by Netlify, Inc. as a data processor. Netlify is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
International transfers
Log data is hosted by Netlify, Inc., whose servers are located in the United States. This transfer is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data:
